You’ll find ways to inhabit your body again by beginning to notice what is actually feelable and real without forcing anything.

You will reclaim your body’s role in creating meaning, purpose and presence.

You’ll start to recognize how things show up for you (tension, numbness, activation, breath, release, calm) and engage with it in a way that feels available and manageable in the moment.

You’ll practice making choices and taking action based on how things are showing up for you, instead of defaulting to autopilot or others.

You’ll strengthen your ability for body-based self-leadership and agency in small, concrete moments.

So next time in the supermarket, you might actually have a hint of what you want to have for dinner and go with it!

In this group, we don’t speak about the difficult experiences that have shaped our lives, but our focus is on the body. The beautiful thing is: we don’t always need the story, but we get to meet what is true here and now.
