These weekly classes are a space for beings to practice being while held in community.

A possibility to bring our presence to the here and now through movement, breath, and interoceptive awareness.

To take a break from all the noise.

Every practice is guided to center choice and agency, inviting you to decide what feels right and what does not, for your body in each moment.

You are welcome to join at any moment, no prior experience needed.

You choose what you contribute.

The suggested range is 5–25€.

  • SUNDAY OCTOBER 5TH TRAUMASENSITIVE YOGA & SOFT SOMATIC MOVEMENT IN ENGLISH&FINNISH

    THIS SESSION TAKES PLACE AT 6PM (CET/BERLIN TIME) VIA ZOOM. THE LANGUAGE OF FACILITATION IS FINNISH AND ENGLISH IF NEEDED.

The practices I offer are grounded in training, ethics, and evidence. Central to this is Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) — an evidence-based adjunct therapy with over two decades of research.

TCTSY is designed for Complex Trauma. Developmental Trauma and C-PTSD. However, it is a form of practice that many find useful on their path to creating more wellbeing, clarity, and calm in their lives. It is body-based and choice-led, using movement, breath, and interoception.

Unlike talk therapy, it does not require verbal processing or retelling traumatic experiences, which makes it more accessible for those who find exposure methods overwhelming or insufficient.

Research shows it can reduce trauma symptoms, strengthen emotional regulation, and help people experiencing dissociation gain more presence and control in their daily lives.

I also offer grounding, gentle yoga and meditation practices rooted in tradition and modern insights to anatomy and the nervous system — performance-free spaces designed to shift from tension into release, from doing into simply being. These practices invite rest, unwinding, and reconnection without pressure or expectation.
